REFUND POLICY


At The Pure Stock Co we’re committed to providing top-quality frozen products, but we know that sometimes things don’t go as planned. If there’s an issue with your order, we’re here to help!


Since our products are perishable, we can only offer refunds or replacements in these cases:

  • Your order arrived damaged or defective.

  • You received the wrong product.

  • Your order never arrived due to an error on our end.


Unfortunately, we can’t offer refunds or replacements if:

  • You didn’t like the taste.

  • You changed your mind after the product was delivered.

  • The product wasn’t stored properly after delivery.

  • Delivery failed because of an incorrect address.

  • If your delivery was left in your ‘safe place’, or another place deemed safe by the delivery driver, and they are stolen or damaged.

If you think you qualify for a refund, follow these steps:

  • Email us at purestockcompany@gmail.com or call us on 07825 769356 straight away.

  • Include your order number, a description of the issue, and photos if possible.
