Water, Free Range Chicken Carcasses, Onion, Leek, Carrot, Bay Leaf, Thyme, Peppercorns.

All our stocks are packaged and frozen immediately. This gives it a decent shelf-life without the need to add any preservatives and ensures our stock remains pure and authentic.
Once defrosted keep refrigerated and use within 3 days. You can use it from frozen - simply defrost gently in a pan or in the microwave.
Do not re-freeze.
