If you contact us via social media, we would ask you to send your email via a direct message. We use social media to identify people similar to our current customers. This is the most cost-effective way for us to reach out to potential new customers and promote what we do. As a customer of a social media accounts you can consent to or opt out from their marketing by updating your communication preferences in your account.

 

In Person

When you attend a demo or event, we may ask you for personal details to fulfil our services – such as asking for your name, address and email to add you to our database or to complete a feedback survey. If you come to our premises in person to enquire about or purchase our products we will ask for your personal details necessary to fulfil your request.

 

WHO DO WE SHARE YOUR DATA WITH?

Most personal data is held on our own systems and databases on secure servers based in the UK. Sometimes we share your data with trusted third parties, only in accordance with the legal basis set out by GDPR (to fulfil a service, when you consent and if we have a legitimate interest). We only provide third parties with the information they need to perform the exact service we specify in our contract with them. We will need to keep your personal information for as long as you are a customer of The Pure Stock Company. After your relationship with this company ends, we may keep your data for up to 5 years in order to maintain records according to rules applied to us by HMRC.

 

If we should need to keep your data for longer than 5 years for regulatory or legal reasons we will continue to ensure that your privacy is protected and we will only use it for the specified reasons.
